Optopax offers OEM lens manufacturing services for low to mid-volume production (up to 10K units/year), delivering custom optical components and assemblies for advanced imaging applications. Our supply chain is highly integrated across a network of specialized vendors to ensure consistent product performance, quality, and on-time delivery.

Aspherical molding in both plastic and optical glass, enabling compact, cost-effective lens designs—including state-of-the-art fixed-focus athermal optics for thermally challenging environments.
Support for a wide range of optical formats - from application specific miniaturized lens modules from embedded machine vision and robotics, to industry standard size formats such as M6/M12 for more general-purpose use to C-mount and larger components used in industrial and scientific imaging systems.

Optopax offers full-service OEM manufacturing for custom camera modules, with support for both chip-on-board (COB) and packaged image sensors, giving our clients the flexibility to balance performance, size, cost, and integration needs.

For designs utilizing COB sensors, Optopax supports the complete assembly process—from bare die bonding through to final housing and active alignment—enabling compact, tightly integrated modules ideal for space-constrained or thermally sensitive applications.

For projects based on packaged sensors, Optopax adapts the assembly process to accommodate a wide range of standard sensor formats, maintaining high levels of optical alignment and performance.

Beyond single-sensor systems, Optopax specializes in the development and manufacturing of multimodal imaging assemblies—integrating multiple sensing modalities such as CMOS, LWIR (thermal), Time-of-Flight (ToF), structured light, and polarization or multispectral sensors into a single hardware module. These custom assemblies are designed to meet the demanding requirements of AI vision, robotics, industrial automation, and biomedical imaging.
