Our modular VIS/NIR optical test station platform is designed for production, qualification, and quality control of CMOS cameras and visible optics, providing rapid, scalable validation for AI-driven and machine vision applications optics and camera modules.
Built on a flexible, configurable architecture, our platform enables quick, low-cost customization to meet the specific testing requirements of each application—eliminating the need for complex, overbuilt solutions. With expert engineering and design consulting, we develop tailored test stations that seamlessly integrate into R&D and production environments, ensuring precise, reliable results with minimal deployment time and cost.

Utilizing proprietary collimator designs, our Visible/NIR testing platform enables simultaneous evaluation of image quality across multiple field locations and is supplied with Optopax MTF software.

  • MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) analysis for resolution and sharpness validation

  • Distortion and field curvature measurement for wide and narrow FoV optics

  • Programmable virtual object distances - Computer-controlled working distances to simulate real-world imaging conditions

  • Pre-distorted target charts for evaluating wide-angle and fisheye optics

  • Spectral response and contrast evaluation for multi-modal imaging
